Chat Rules 1. Be courteous, act like you would if you were visiting a friend's house. 2. No abusive, vulgar or threatening language is allowed. 3. If you have a problem, sent a PM to a MOD (@name) and see if they can help. 4. Do not gang up on others, that will not be tolerated and you will be banned. 5. Allow others their opinion, unless it's really far-fetched, then it's the moderator's job to handle it. 6. This is a combined effort to experiment with a new research technique, if you disagree with it, then leave, don't harass others because of it. 7. If you see something of interest, send an e-mail with the time and date, along with a description of what was seen to the e-mail address of the research team kentuckyincident@gmail.com. They will look into the video and see what can be seen. They will then release the findings on the research thread at the MABRC Forums. Kentucky Incident Public Forum 8.
